4. YouTube API Compliance

Your use of FindTube.io is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and API Terms. You agree to:

  • Comply with all YouTube policies and guidelines
  • Respect YouTube's rate limits and usage policies
  • Not use YouTube data for commercial purposes without proper licensing
  • Not cache or store YouTube data beyond what is necessary for immediate display

5. API Rate Limits

YouTube Data API enforces rate limits. Excessive queries may result in temporary or permanent API key suspension. You are responsible for staying within these limits. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who exceed reasonable usage limits.

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Absence of viruses or harmful code

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDTUBE.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindTube.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of YouTube's Terms of Service.

9. Termination
